Keto Dessert: Almond Butter Whipped Cream and Berries

Never thought I'd be having this much fun on a diet. I know, I said it - diet! For me it's really early in the day to start talking about my eating habits but ever since I started eating Keto I've been waking up easier and earlier everyday. Kind of crazy!

Keto is all the rage right now or maybe that's just because I am hyper focused on it. The nice part about a lot of people being into this lifestyle is that there are tons of recipe and food plan resources out there. I'm always trying to expand my kitchen skills and plus it doesn't hurt that I can create my own pottery for those recipes to live in. See above ;)

I've got a sweet tooth, so Keto even though I also love dairy wasn't providing me with the cookies, cake, donuts that I was really craving. Recently, I have been scouring the internet for the perfect sweet tooth recipe to call my own. The treat I came up with is a hybrid of a few that I found.

Hungry, yet?

Recipe:

1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream (0 carbs)

1 TBSP Almond Butter (2g carbs)

1/4 cup blueberries (1.8g carbs)

1 TBSP Lakanto Maple Flavored Syrup (3g carbs)

Whip your Heavy Whipping Cream in a bowl. Once the Whipped Cream becomes thick add your Almond Butter and continue whipping. Wash blueberries and let dry. Place your blueberries in your favorite piece of pottery then top with your almond whipped cream and syrup. Best eaten right away.
