Grilled Flatbreads with Arugula, White Bean and Basil

If you are in or aware of the miserable weather NY has been having, it should come as no surprise that when the cool air rolls in it means time to grill. I've been wanting to grill some pizzas after being inspired by the amazing Chef Cait. It was probably one of the easiest grill jobs that I have ever done and the outcome was superb. 

This delish recipe for Grilled Flatbreades with Arugula came from Chef Megan Mitchell's Blog . For an extra bit of special flavor use Cobram Olive Oil .  

Needless to say we do not have anything left. Hopefully you will love it too!
